But now we want to be even better! We’re looking for an experienced and passionate IFS FSM Integration Developer for our Global IT Delivery Centre in India. We are already providing IT services and support to Alfa Laval companies around the world, and we are now expanding our operations to meet future demands.

Alfa Laval has invested in a ‘Global IT Delivery Centre’ in Pune with the vision to expand and deliver IT services as an extension to our global teams located in Sweden, Denmark and the USA. We focus on cost-effective solutions and improved performance to create a unique Alfa Laval experience!

Who are we looking for

We are looking for a new member of our OneService team to play a crucial role in managing activities and developing OneService, towards our Field Service and Service Centres globally. In this role, you will be a part of the developing team and highly involved with other teams that OneService are integrated to.

You will plan and execute the steps needed for successful project roll-out. You will give input to the development and implementation tools.

Who are You

A person with keen interest in IFS FSM (Field Service Management) integration, scope analysis, solution designing and blueprinting. You are used to lead the discussions with other tools and applications integrated with IFS FSM and to the challenges that come with integration in multiple environments and can handle troubleshooting and iterations in a project scope. You can give feedback to lead- and technical resources to optimize our processes. Documenting our solutions and activities for re-use and growing capabilities.

Requirements and Responsibilities

What we need:

• IFS FSM integration Scope Analysis, solution designing and blueprinting senior experience.
• Expert in working with Postman, SoapUI, Visual Studio.
• Strong experience with exposing native platform capabilities to external platforms and consuming external services through API, Micro Services and SDK integrations.
• Good conceptual knowledge and experience in working with SOAP and RestAPI Web Services, IFS FSM Odata APIs and Custom Web APIs, Custom MPM, Custom Data Connectors.
• Experienced in working with FSM Connect, XML Maps, Routing rules, Integration functions, Business Rules, Client Scripts and other FSM configurations.
• Experience in agile way of working, preferable SAFe or Scrum.
• An excellent communicator, capable of cooperation inside and outside of the team.
• SQL and XML knowledge

Good to have:

• Microsoft Azure concepts
• Certifications IFS FSM
• Certifications SAFe /Scrum

Work Location: Pune

Working time: CET Shift – 11:30 AM to 08:30 PM
