We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.   Key Responsibilities:Reception Management:Greet visitors warmly and make them feel welcome.Manage the reception desk, ensuring it is always staffed during office hours.Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.Visitor Coordination:Handle all visitor inquiries efficiently and effectively.Manage visitor registration, badges, and escort procedures.Ensure the waiting area is tidy and welcoming at all times.Administrative Support:Assist with scheduling meetings and managing meeting room bookings.Coordinate mail and courier services, ensuring timely distribution and dispatch.Maintain office supplies inventory and order items as needed.Client and Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.Address any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.Gather and relay feedback from visitors to improve front office services.Security and Safety:Work closely with security personnel to ensure visitor protocols are followed.Assist in emergency procedures, including evacuation and safety drills.Reporting and Compliance:Maintain and update front office records, logs, and files.Ensure compliance with relevant company policies and legal regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a front office or receptionist role.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.Experience in a corporate or investment environment is a plus.Location: On-site –Gurugram, HRIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!JLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
