FP&A Analyst - Manager (Product Costing)

Job title: FP&A Analyst - Manager (Product Costing)
Your role:

• Product Cost analysis & Reporting
• Manufacturing overhead analysis., Absorption Analysis and Production Order variance Analysis
• Standard Cost responsibility for purchased items, involving the interface with purchasing, materials and manufacturing departments to determine material values used to set standard cost on an ongoing basis for the annual cost build.
• Insightful Analysis to keep a watch on Cost of goods sold such as Absorption Analysis, Production order Variance Analysis, Production order Error clearance, order status analysis , Sale order Error clearance, Purchase Price Variances, Manufacturing overhead analysis, Material Mix variance Analysis ,etc
• Month end Close & Year end close process with respect to Costing
• Be able to calculate the Factory Transfer Price
• Other monthly closing and year-end activities as required.
• Inventory Evaluation and Reserves are Appropriate
• Annual Labour & Production Overheads % calculation & update in SAP
• Investigate new processes (assure process development complies with accounting rules)
• Excess & Obsolete Analysis & Provisioning
• Cost of non-quality reporting and analysis (Scrap /Obsolescence/Warranty/Repair cost)
• Ad-hoc analysis support to Factory/Plant Finance Business partner, Mfg. Operations controller.
• Inventory/Gross Margin Reporting & Analysis.
• Handle Audit queries – Quarterly & Annual related to Material cost
• Adherence to SOX / internal control standards (ICS) for Material consumption & variance.
• Identify & execute Process improvement initiatives
• Update Process Documentation

You're the right fit if:

• 5+ Years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding and hands on experience with Manufacturing Process
• Transition experience & Demonstrated ability to communicate and to collaborate across functions
• Understand the demands and possess practical experience of working virtually within a large international group is desirable.
• SAP Work experience in FICO/MM module
• Automation mindset and ability to drive tax related projects
• Result oriented and have a drive for quality
• Ownership, problem solving and critical thinking skills are essential

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
