Job Details:Job Description: This position is for Foundry Business Solution Analyst in IT Foundry Team which is part of bigger organization Global IT. As Business Solution Analyst, you will be closely working with different Intel teams - Intel Foundry, Factory Automation, Supply Chain for delivering data and analytical reports for Intel Foundry customers (external). This position demands strong analytical and communication skills as you will interacting with teams in different Geo. Must be a fast learner with attention to detail. Be willing to comprehend the bigger picture. Be willing to learn about complex business processes like chip manufacturing, Intel supply chain from data; You may not know it all but you shouldn't be saying the same 3 months down. Primary Roles and Responsibilities of this position will be : - Understand the business requirement from Foundry / Supply Chain Biz Architects
- Understand the business process flow hidden underneath the reporting requirements - Chip Manufacturing and supply chain processes like WIP, Sort, Logistics, Order Management etc
- Analyze the biz requirements and come up with specs for development team
- Explain the requirements to development team and act as a bridge between biz and tech team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver customer reporting solution;
- Responsible for end to end testing and documentation of customer reports developed by development team before releasing for UAT to business;
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications :
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree or graduate degree in Engineering, Business Management, Information Systems or related field.
- Must have 4+ years of prior experience of working on data and analytics projects as data analyst or technical lead - Attention to detail and a commitment to process excellence.
- Must be strong in SQL and relational database concepts;
- Strong communication skills - written and oral both;
- Good at stakeholder management; Preferred Qualification :
- Understanding of Intel's chip Manufacturing domain and data understanding;
- Prior knowledge / working experience in Manufacturing or supply chain projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead global initiatives, with globally dispersed teams.
- Experience with waterfall and agile development methodologies
