Football Coach

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Master’s Degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed) from a recognized institution.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in coaching football, preferably at a school or club level.
Skills:
Proficient in coaching techniques, game strategies, and fitness training.
Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Training & Development:
Plan, schedule, and deliver structured football training sessions aligned with student age groups and skill levels.
Develop customized programs to improve students’ physical fitness, tactical awareness, and technical skills.
Identify and nurture talented players, preparing them for competitions.
Team Building:
Organize and manage school football teams for various age categories.
Instill sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork among students.
Lead team preparations for inter-school, district, state, and national-level tournaments.
Event Coordination:
Plan and conduct intra-school football matches and leagues.
Coordinate student participation in inter-school and regional competitions.
Collaborate with the school’s sports department for organizing annual sports events.
Safety & Well-being:
Ensure safety protocols are followed during training sessions, matches, and travel.
Address students’ physical and emotional well-being, ensuring a positive training environment.
Administration & Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of attendance, training progress, and tournament results.
Submit performance reports to the school management and suggest areas for improvement.
Keep inventory and maintain football equipment and gear.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month.
