Job Description

Position Summary:


Operations Coordinator (F&D) 


Essential Functions:


  • He should have knowledge of prevailing HSE standards in India.
  • Attending morning meeting with client to know the update & requirement.
  • Knowledge in Fishing, Drilling Tools.
  • Identify the Drilling and Completions forecast and/or schedules of the Operator(s).
  • Planning & assigning of Fishing, Drilling & TRS material for projects as per customer requirement from the inventory available.
  • Preparation of monthly revenue reports project wise.
  • Coordinating with team on the receipt of monthly reports require for submission of invoice.
  • Raising PR/PO in ERP/Manual environment.
  • Need to use available ERP system for posting the data on day to day basis..
  • Raising WO & responsible for coordinating with inspection team for onetime services.
  • He shall supervise and co-ordinate all operations throughout the duration of contract.
  • Coordinator should visit client office frequently for co-ordination and smooth running of operations.
  • Ensure the uninterrupted supply and logistic support of materials, equipment and service to drilling operations
  • Organize and manage Preventive Maintenance, Inspection, Testing and Calibration of equipment as required without affecting operations.
  • Planning & Contributing in loading and unloading activates
  • Maintain records of tools and spares supplied to client.
  • Keeping track of movement of tools between Rigs and Supply Base.
  • Maintaining adequate level of inventory of all tools, spares and consumables.
  • Co-ordinate with client representative connected with Rig and supply base to ensure delivery of required tool without delay.
  • Ensure all the Equipment / tools sent from their base to rigs are accompanied by data sheet indicating size, part no, serial no, OD, ID, connection, fishing neck details, number of hours on the item and last inspection date along with relevant inspection reports etc.
  • Ensure that all the Equipment / tools sent to rigs are sent in certified baskets and all the slings and shackles are certified for their safety.
  • Ensure that all the tools are properly stored, maintained, serviced and replaced as necessary.
  • Prepare monthly inventory/rental report and submit to client for approval.
  • Prepare monthly consumption list of consumable items and submit to client for approval.
  • Preparation of all the necessary documentation related to the receipt (Material Receiving Notes & Delivery Notes, Summaries Etc).
  • Should be communicable at any time to arrange required tool.
  • Reconcile calculated inventories with physical counts
  • Need to handle projects individually & move to allocated project locations as per requirement

Qualifications

Qualification:-


Education / Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/Equivalent.

Experience:


  • 3-5 Years in a coordination role.
  • Fishing and DRT product & tools knowledge is an advantage.
  • Knowledge on Supply Chain (Material/Logistics /Warehouse) is mandatory.
  • Working in Rental Operation/TRS for at least 3 Years will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in MS Office & any ERP system.

Administrative Skills:


  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Taking Ownership of the assignments. Should be comfortable in working with Team and as an Individual contributor.
  • Ability to read and comprehend critical production documents.
  • Ability to work closely with others and multi-tasking.
  • Ability to effectively priorities and execute tasks in a high-pressure work environment.

Additional Information

This position will be based at Project Location (Currently in Barmer ) and will be on a Rotation Schedule of 60-30 days.
