Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Finish brief downloads, Costing, Finish workshops, Risk analysis and sealing of the products within defined GTM calendar of the season.
• Accountable to meet KPIs of FLA & CS execution, Product Safety, LS&Co. testing standards, aesthetic parameters, and reproducibility standards in bulk & Cost.
• Execute in-field organization’s strategic projects of sustainability such as ZDHC [Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals], Screened Chemistry, Recycle & Reuse.
• Ensure, establish & approve Bulk Finish tolerance limits as per LS&Co. standards.
• Establish Quality process controls at laundry to ensure first time right product and also to avoid higher finish rejections at laundry.
• Ensure bulk production meets LS&Co. testing standards and approved FTL.
• Develop, educate & empower one NFE per vendor with defined guidelines of LS&Co. requirements.
• To work with cross-functional teams to plan finish capacity at laundry.
• Review vendor wise monthly performance report on delivery, testing performance and as well defect %. Ensuring the CAP for continuous improvements to meet Key Objective
i.e. “On-time In Full”.
• Accountable for PLM update of Finish related information/data.
Key Relationships
Key collaboration relationships with Design, Product Development & Sourcing, Quality Assurance, Product Safety, Sustainability and Vendor teams.
Requirements
• Bachelors in Textile Engineering or Diploma in Textile Processing/Chemistry with 5+ years of experience in Denim, Non-denim washing, Garment Dyeing & Special finishes.
• Technical expertise coupled with hands-on experience.
• Ability to adopt Digital mindset.
• Specific expertise on managing Tight time bound innovative projects would be an added advantage.
• Ability to be flex in a multiple-task environment with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
• Collaborative working relationships with cross functional partners.
• Strong communication skills, thorough understanding of product development.
