1.Query management:
•Provide first-level support for T&E systems, applications, and tools issues.
•Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or support tickets promptly and professionally.
•Assist users with troubleshooting various issues, including Concur technical, login problems, and errors.
2.Documentation and Reporting:
•Maintain accurate records of user issues, solutions provided, and follow-up actions taken.
•Document common issues and create knowledge base articles to assist in user self-service and improve efficiency in the helpdesk process.
3.Customer Service:
•Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all T&E users.
•Demonstrate strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
4.Training & Knowledge Sharing:
•Work closely with cross-functional teams, follow-up and escalate on unresolved issues.
•Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas for improving helpdesk performance and user experience.
•Shadow experienced helpdesk staff to gain insights into complex query-solving and work arounds to resolve issues.
Key Skills:
•Basic understanding of computer applications like SAP, Concur, InContact
•Familiarity with helpdesk software like InContact and ticketing systems like Service Now/Agile point etc.
•Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certifications preferred.
Experience:  
•A minimum of 6+ years of experience in corporate card administration, travel & expense management, or finance operations, with in-depth knowledge of T&E card programs.
•Demonstrated expertise in managing high-volume card transactions and expense workflows in large or complex organizations
