Job Summary


The Client Maintenance Specialist will ensure the accuracy and completeness of client information in the Master Data Management System (MDM). The position is also responsible for all updates and changes to the system including but not limited to project/phase maintenance, customer/project/phase level roles updates, client relationship transfers, master client updates, and finance billers.


Essential Duties


  • Transactional processing duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Provides timely and accurate review and approval of new or revised client information.
  • May provide minimal support in the entry of client information (majority is done through MDM).
  • Reviews all MDM requests to assure complete, required and pertinent data has been entered. Makes requests to acquire missing data and to correct inaccurate data.
  • Supports the bulk updating of various client roles, Enables and disables folders placed on stop work status
  • Provides weekly, monthly and/or ad-hoc client maintenance reports.
  • Serves as a resource for training and clarification on questions about the Master Data Management (MDM) System.

Qualifications-


  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience - Required Bachelor's degree – Preferred

TECHNICAL SKILLS


  • Strong Microsoft Office skills - Required
  • Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics and tables, speaker notes & handouts, etc. - Required
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written with diverse audiences - Required

EXPERIENCE


  • 1-3 years relevant experience - Preferred
