Financial & MIS Analyst - Automation

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Manage the monthly reporting process, ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual actual financial closes, meeting reporting deadlines and explaining variations. 
• Prepare management reports defining key indicators and metrics and provide comprehensive variance analysis.
• Support on Process Improvements and drive Automation Projects
• Develop and maintain Power BI based Dashboards
• Design and Develop Excel VBA Macros. Automation using VBA within office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Power Query, etc.
• Create process and end-user documentation
• Contribute team playing, creative thinking and solutions that help achieve organizational objectives. 
• Support in Ad-hoc requests
• Drive continuous process improvement culture within group

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Finance Professional with minimum 3 to 4 years of work experience
• Excelling experience in ERP, MS Office, Advanced Excel and Power BI  
• Analytical thinking ability and good team player 
• Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes.
• Balance stakeholder, Situational adaptability, Manages complexities & Manages ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• MBA in Finance 
• Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• System Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management
• Power BI or related presentation tools
