Job Description:
Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
Conduct comprehensive research, due diligence, and financial and industry analysis on startups and real estate.
Prepare investment memorandums and other presentations.
Conducting competitor analysis on various properties and startups
Collaborate closely with finance team members to review financial data and forecasts.
Participate actively in investment meetings, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
Provide detailed portfolio analysis post-investment, including follow-on investment or exit strategies.
Prepare insightful reports and projections based on thorough analysis.
Fulfil regular and ad-hoc duties related to the division's operational requirements.
Job Specification:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience as a financial analyst.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
Strong analytical and due diligence skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Prior experience using Microsoft Office Suite &Fluency with Google Suite.
Excellent interpersonal & Communication skills: Essential for team collaboration and stakeholder management
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines consistently
