About the team:

What you will be doing:
- Financial Reporting and Analysis for a unit that delivers and services to all lines of businesses within FIS
- Month close activities which involves data extraction, data review, report publishing and comparative analysis
- Financial Forecasting which entails data collection and analysis, co-ordination with stakeholders, validations and creating review collateral
- Annual Budgeting which entails a very comprehensive zero-based data gathering, analytics, business discussions, target layering and creating executive review artefacts
- Meets with organizational unit/department managers to discuss and establish timelines and methodologies for completing budgets.
- Preparation of management reports providing slicers for their respective line of businesses
- Spearheading database management of financial allocations to the businesses serviced
- Liaisons with accounting and multiple other departments
- Headcount request validations
- Strong Business partnership
- Strategic Initiatives support
What you bring:
- 10 + years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Know-how of Power BI, Excel Macros, Power Query and Power tools
- Transformation, automation, data digitalization, python, Tableau experience is preferred.
- Experience of working on Hyperion and Essbase reporting is preferred.
- Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
- Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
- Analytical and statistical examination skills
- Ability to understand and apply learned concepts
- Attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish work to ensure critical deadlines are met
- Ability to create spreadsheets and demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public
