Rubrik is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team as an Individual Contributor (IC). In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing financial visibility, planning, and strategic insights across the organization. As a key member of the Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance team, you will work with global cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to Rubrik's growth trajectory.
Global Commissions Management : Oversee global commissions by ensuring precise calculations, timely reporting, and alignment with organizational objectives
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel.
