Job Summary
• This role is responsible for supporting financial management by analyzing, reporting, and reconciling financial and operational results, identifying and researching variances to plans, and providing recommendations to key stakeholders. The role engages in budgeting and forecasting processes while ensuring reporting compliance. The role supports priority projects and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis and Process Improvement
- Apply in-depth knowledge of finance structures, supply chain models, and operating processes to analyze, assess, and improve clients’ financial functions.
- Drive bottom-line impact through strategic enhancements in finance operations.
Risk and Leakage Mitigation
- Leverage understanding of HP Inc's procurement models to identify potential risks and leakages.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to optimize procurement efficiency.
Cost Reduction and Spend Analysis
- Lead cost reduction initiatives by conducting:
- Spend analytics
- Contract analysis
- Category profiling
- Opportunity identification
- Cost modeling and financial analysis
- Procurement risk analysis
- Supplier performance assessment
Audit and Compliance
- Utilize audit concepts and proprietary tools to conduct detailed reviews of clients' accounts payable data.
- Identify discrepancies and areas for financial optimization.

- Understand the client's business dynamics to design customized initiatives that align with their strategic goals.
- Implement creative solutions to drive cost savings and efficiency.
Client Engagement Leadership
- Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements focused on identifying, designing, and implementing innovative cost-saving measures.
- Use analysis, experience, and judgment to develop impactful strategies.
Analytical and Reporting
- Develop strategic reports that provide predictive analytics.

Job Requirements:
- Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, business, management, or related disciplines.
- Experience
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a global consulting firm, focusing on:
- Finance strategies or financial service delivery
- Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Finance or service operations
- Accounts payable
- Project Management Skills
- Proven track record in project delivery, with experience managing or leading complex, multi-functional, multi-stakeholder projects in a large corporate environment.
