We are looking for a professional who is highly motivated and curious to standardize, simplify and automate finance processes by leveraging digital technologies like SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori, SAC and AI/ML. As a Finance system solution expert, you will be working closely with the various business, IT and process experts on daily basis to drive transformation.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide subject matter expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and new technologies like Fiori, SAC, AI/ML etc.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into digital finance solutions
Own and drive the solution feasibility analysis, integration development & configuration of new functionality to support new and changing business requirements
Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA Finance modules to meet business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including various IT functional and technical domains and deliver solutions that meet business objectives
Provide guidance on best practices and recommend process improvements to optimize the use of SAP S/4HANA Finance
Job Qualifications:
Proven experience in implementing SAP finance solutions in a complex international environment
Bachelor or Master degree in finance, accounting or related field.
Overall 10+ years of overall SAP experience with preferred S/4 HANA experience of more than 3 years
Expert understanding of cross domain functions like P2P, O2C, P2M and technical (TIBCO, ABAP)
Knowledge about new technologies like RPA, AI/ML is an added advantage
Good understanding of finance and accounting processes and practices
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders varying from executive managers to developers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
