Meet your team The Service Delivery Hub (SDH) Team, supporting Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) and Greater China regions, consists of Commercial Business Partners and is a part of the Global Commercial Finance (“GCF”) organization.
Our team is truly international and diverse with one goal in mind – providing reliable and timely support to SAP’s Sales team with deal shaping, deal approval, contract creation and compliance verification based on internal policies and external regulations, and various other activities related to cloud and on-premise offerings for small, medium-sized and large enterprises.
This role also has opportunities to support projects and drive efficiency and process improvements and at the same time offers many development opportunities of other skills and competencies that will help shape a future career path. What you’ll do As a Renewal Business Partner, you will closely collaborate with Sales, Local Commercial colleagues, Pricing, Legal, Booking, Compliance and Revenue Recognition teams across APJ and Greater China supporting renewal cloud business.
Your main tasks will be:
Reviewing deals: Ensuring completeness and accuracy of quotations submitted by Customer Renewal Executives
Supporting quote approval process: Guiding internal customers on approval requirements, ensuring deals which are within scope are approved in proper manner and timelines according to SAP policies and guidelines.
Contract drafting: Responsible for preparing contract documents from template and adding/drafting language for deal specifics,
Act as a primary point of contact for Customer Renewal Center, answer queries from internal customers and build long-term business relationships,
Accommodate quarter-end and year-end deadlines and respond to spikes in workload,
Supporting projects aiming process improvements, automation, standardization, and efficiency increase.
What you bring We are looking for people who are:
1-3 years Commercial or relevant experience
Analytical thinkers with strong attention to details,
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously,
Organized and able to work efficiently under pressure,
Responsive with strong follow-up skills,
Team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral),
Customer service oriented,
Flexible and adaptive to change.
