Finance Manager- FP&A

Responsibility Level:

The Finance Manager is responsible for handling APAC SGA, including OneStream tracking for all APAC sub-regions and by category/by functions analysis to provide APAC level analysis and trend view. He or She has the overall responsibility for developing the APAC SGA review deck reporting.

Primary Duties:

Month end closing

• APAC SGA daily track (Actuals VS Flash/Outlook) during month end closing
• APAC SGA actual bridge MTD/QTD/YTD VS PY and Plan
• The same for outlook as well when OL is submitted in the One Stream system.
   

Function partner：

• Partner with APAC function VP to get visibility on run rate, Plan cycle Functions will be expected to present APAC-wide costs, inclusive of APAC HQ costs as well as costs residing at the country level. This will require coordination between HQ and country finance teams early in the planning process.
• Work closely with functional department for all end-to-end finance support, big projects’ expense and progress tracking to month-end closing.
• Develop rolling forecast to bridge favorable and unfavorable.
• Track to actual data with trend flux analyze rolling full year.

Financial Reporting:

• APAC SGA run rate report to APAC finance, above/below plan.
• APAC SGA run rate report communicate with regions, and reverberation on why they are over run rate.
• APAC HC Report and MOR deck

Skills and Competencies Required:

• Bachelor’s degree with accounting/finance major
• Previous financial and management reporting experience with a Multinational Corporate Finance or American company，Previous support HQ or Corporate function is preferred.
• Good command of English
• In depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Good SAP knowledge with hands-on experience using the ERP
• Good Excel and familiar with One Stream/Hyperion Financial Management system
• Excellent interpersonal
