Review of GST compliance on monthly and annual basis.
Responsible for Statutory audit, Tax audit, Transfer Price audit and internal audit.
Review of transfer pricing study, Income tax and Transfer Price assessments for India.
Application of new rules arising in Corporate Taxation, Transfer Pricing (TP), GST related to India.
Compliance with regard to Corporate Secretarial affairs.
Responsible for statutory audits, internal audits, group reporting with compliance to IFRS and German GAAP.
Manage relationship with external stakeholders such as Government agencies, Tax Authority, Customs, other government agencies etc. on behalf of company interest.
Coordination with all the Banks for situations arising out on various topics like BG, KYC, change in authorized signatories etc.
Servant leadership to growth the potential team member for next leader opportunity with proper succession planning.
Provide adequate guidance to the Finance team, to set the common goals that are within S.M.A.R.T measures.
Act as mentor to the finance team, continuously develop strong team to meet organization growth from different aspect.
Stay up-to-date on financial trends, regulations and accounting practices.
Coordination for local and global projects.
Ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager.
Your expertise
5 to 10 years working experience as Finance Manager with chartered accountant qualification.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional experience in MS office tools is desired (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
