Finance Controller/ Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Finance Controller/Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, including cash flow management, budgeting, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will come from a project-based Automation industry background and have a proven track record of managing finances in a project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
• Develop, monitor, and control budgets, analysing variances, and recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial reports to the Managing Director.
• Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist leadership in strategic financial planning and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications like CA or CPA are highly preferred.

• Experience: 7+ years of financial management experience, ideally in the automation sector.

• Skills:

Strong analytical, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in financial tools and advanced MS Excel.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to liaise effectively with all stakeholders.
