We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting the AP cash reconciliation and direct debit payment processes. Our goal is to deliver timely and accurate cash reconciling transactions through FOAA and central accounting. The Finance Analyst will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and enhancing scalable systems that provide accurate data and valuable insights to drive business decisions.
As a Finance Analyst, you will work with large volumes of data to develop automated, self-service solutions for the Finance and FOAA teams. Your role will involve building a comprehensive set of operational, financial, and business metrics, while also creating detailed documentation to support these metrics. You will leverage these metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Starting from Day 1, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, such as creating datasets, reports, and dashboards, while also working to accelerate the reconciliation process. You will collaborate with internal teams—program, finance, operations, and technical teams—as well as external stakeholders, to gather requirements and design scalable data solutions. A key part of your role will be gaining a deep understanding of critical datasets and using that knowledge to inform your work.
You will also play an integral role in implementing and promoting new analytic technologies, driving their adoption across the organization, and adhering to industry best practices. Additionally, you will optimize query performance for large and complex datasets. You will translate analytic insights into actionable recommendations, supporting business or product improvements. Your responsibilities will include monthly reporting, month-end close activities, and working to reduce overall turnaround time in the reconciliation process.
