  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse bank receipts and apply cash against receipts per standard procedures •
  • Ensure adherence to service delivery norms and SLAs •
  • Research client ledger history for over/short payments •
  • Perform quality checks on deposit applications to client accounts •
  • Handle queries and follow up on pending issues •
  • Contact stakeholders as needed for proper payment application •
  • Research duplicate and erroneous payments •
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as directed •
  • Support archiving, records retention, and audits •
  • Escalate unresolved issues.
  • Assist in training new employees •
  • Work on process-related and ad-hoc reports •
  • Handle request and query management via mailbox.

Required Skills:


  • Ability Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification
  • Knowledge of withholding tax and WHT certificates •
  • Preferably, 2-3 years of working experience in AR
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player capable of working independently •
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Additional Duties:
  • Support cross-functional processes as needed •
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation •
  • Participate in process improvement and system implementation projects.
