About the team
FGBS ACES’ core value proposition is its ability to 1) partner with teams to identify savings and defect reduction opportunities that will have strategic impact on the business, 2) execute and support OE projects that operationalize those savings and defect reductions, and 3) in doing so promotes a culture of continuous improvement by training and mentoring individuals/teams on OE projects. ACES’ structured approach to waste and defect reduction leverages Lean Six Sigma and Agile frameworks to define, measure, analyze, design, and deploy solutions. The solutions focus on people, process(es), and technology, balancing quick wins with longer term technology and automation development to deliver effective customer-centric, scalable, and efficient outcomes. To lay the foundation, ACES offers training options for teams. ACES engages with business and functional leaders and recommend the best approach based on specific needs as well as organizational readiness: from teaching foundational concepts and methods (Yellow Belt and Sponsor trainings) to more advanced Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile concepts applied in a project context (Green Belt and Kaizen trainings). The cohorts of continuous improvement subject matter experts along with leadership Sponsors act as a flywheel to generate opportunities. Projects are launched and executed by ACES directly or by trainees, mentored and coached by ACES. ACES uses cost savings or revenue enhancements as measure of success, including improvements in customer experience (CX).
