Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Finacle Core Banking product implementations, customizations, and integrations.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to enhance productivity and technical efficiency.
- Research and benchmark technology against industry standards to ensure the adoption of best-in-class solutions.
Software Requirements:
- Product experience in Finacle Core Banking product (Infosys/Edgeverve).
- Working experience on Finacle 11, including requirements and product capability along with customization architecture.
- Experience in handling Finacle interfacing requirements (Custom and Product APIs/Connect 24/Finacle Integrator).
Technical Skills:
Functional Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Finacle Core Banking functionalities.
- Good understanding of banking domain and terminologies.
- Finacle certification from Infosys is a plus.
- Experience with Finacle CRM and Admin module (FINFADM/SSOADM).
- Proficient in Agile methodology.
- Ability to ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design.
- Ability to effectively research and benchmark technology against industry standards.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finacle Core Banking product.
- Proven experience in direct interaction with clients.
- Demonstrated experience in technical and application architecture and design.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Engage in requirement gathering and feasibility analysis for Finacle product customization.
- Develop and implement custom menus, reports, batch jobs, and other customizations as per client requirements.
- Handle Finacle interfacing requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct unit testing and ensure adherence to coding and security standards.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Finacle product.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Finacle certification from Infosys is an added advantage.

- Self-motivated and self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction and presentation to senior and executive management.
