TheField Services Team Manager, Sales Operations & AdministrationRole


As part of theSalesOperationsorganization, you will be in a unique position to impact the future direction the companytakes. We support the Sales organization by helping them to achieve their targets. As a Field Services Manager, you will lead a team of seven professionals dedicated to ensuring the governance, availability, usability, integrity, and security of data across the organization. Your work will directly influence key business decisions and drive improvements in sales and revenue generation through accurate and insightful data management.


You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business by maintaining accurate reporting and operational processes. You’ll ensure data is aligned with company standards and identify areas for improvement, all while working in a fast-paced and global environment. We’re looking for someone who is quick to learn, globally minded, data-driven, and thrives in a culture of innovation and fun.


Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:


  • Data Support: Provide accurate and actionable data to the Global Sales and Marketing teams, enabling effective sales strategies, lead generation, and order processing.
  • Data Integrity: Handle large datasets to cleanse, de-duplicate, and analyze data, minimizing inaccuracies in Sales Territory and Revenue Alignment.
  • Monitoring & Process Development: Oversee data quality, address data errors, and introduce more efficient processes for data collection and error reduction.
  • Data Quality & Standards: Facilitate the development and implementation of data quality standards, data protection requirements, and organizational adoption strategies.
  • Account Accuracy: Ensure newly created accounts align with business standards and update SFDC in accordance with contractual agreements.
  • Data Validation: Maintain accurate data in CRM and ERP systems before and after order acceptance.
  • System Testing: Participate in testing ERP/CRM systems to ensure database standards are met.
  • Sales Prospecting Tools: Leverage tools like 6Sense and Salesloft to drive interest in Qlik products.
  • Afternoon Shift: Work in the afternoon shift (1 p.m. IST to 10 p.m. IST) to support global operations.

We’re looking for a teammate with:


  • Educational Background: BS/BA/BE or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 5+ years in sales operations or data integrity (not exceeding 8 years).
  • Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in French, German, or Japanese is a plus.
  • Global Stakeholder Interaction: Experience working with stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical problem-solving, data manipulation, and management skills with a keen business acumen.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce), business applications (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Market Research: Experience using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and SalesLoft for market research and prospecting.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Team Collaboration: A positive team player with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for learning.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management, detail orientation, and multitasking abilities.
  • Bonus Skills: Exposure to order management tools (e.g., NetSuite) or dashboarding tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau).
