Qualifications and Requirements:

• 15-20 Years of Experience in Field Service Activities of Steam Turbines and Generators.  
• Experience in Leading a Team is desirable. 
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. 
• Lead, Guide Team of Field Service Engineers for providing effective Service Solutions to Customers of the SST 200 / SST 300 /DR Fleet. 
• Coordinate with Execution, Sales, and Repair teams to ensure effective results with customer. 
• Focus on achieving customer satisfaction for Products and Solutions of the company. 
• Prompt response to customer calls in order to ensure prompt solutions to customer for their problems 
• Ensure that the Service Engineers are conducting their activities following the organization rules on Compliance, environment, Health and Safety. 
• Implement quality management system, process quality measurement systems, working procedures & guidelines, initiate corrective and preventive measures in consultation with Manager – Localization (as required) IN ORDER TO implement QMS, achievement of quality objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
