We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales professional — New Logo Acquisition with an impressive track record to join the sales team at Trimble AECO India. This role requires the incumbent to grow the new Logo business and customer base. We need individuals with innate qualities and someone who can maintain good client and vendor relationships.
Collaborate with sales management on the sales plans and drive to meet the sales quotas that contribute to the achievement of the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute the sales goals for the region.
Maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate goal.
Effectively Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
Ability to effectively communicate with peers and other cross-functional groups such as Marketing, lead Generation, Presales etc.
Attend trade shows and conventions as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of dedicated experience in sales, with a focus on adding new accounts and maintaining successful customer relationships.
Expertise in working with Software as a Service (SaaS) products specifically tailored to the construction industry.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Prove ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense
Business Acumen in the Software and Subscription environments is preferred
Poses excellent phone and email customer communication skills.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering (any discipline) or an equivalent / MBA in Sales and marketing would be preferred.
