Position Summary:
As a Field Engineer Electronics, you are responsible for the maintenance and assembly of the Electronics/ Mechanical components of the EyeROV Products. This role demands you to assist the EyeROV crew in the fieldwork (Inspection work) across India and at office.
Primary Roles
Assembles experimental circuitry or complete prototype model according to instructions, technical manuals, and knowledge of electronic systems and components.
Diagnose and repair problems with malfunctioning circuitry networks, ineffective electronic pieces, and missing or inoperative parts.
Mechanical Assembly of robotics product
Understanding manufacturing drawings and getting materials manufactured from vendors as per drawings with appropriate QA-QC
Fabricate and assemble new or modified mechanical components
Analyze test results in relation to design or rated specifications and test objectives, and modify or adjust equipment to meet specifications.
Accompanying field trails and maintenance of related system/equipment.
Responsible for service work execution
Field level problem solving and root cause analysis
Repair and perform preventive maintenance as per company standards.
Maintain all equipment and components by performing scheduled maintenance tasks, ensuring calibration of equipment and scheduling replacement when needed.
Proper maintenance of log sheets related to maintenance, safety, routine tests.
Timely update of calibrations, expiry dates, certifications of equipments and materials
Prepare and update the product catalogs and proper filing of material safety data sheet( MSDS)
Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
Working with mechanical or electrical engineers to fine tune systems, support repair and setting up diagnostic processes in the work environment.
Secondary Roles
Support in Miscellaneous Trials and Purchases for the company.
Support in transporting Equipments for site executions
New Product Development support
Responsible to pilot & maintain the ROV system to carry out survey, inspection or work tasks for the client
Experience:

Qualification:
BE/Btech in Electronics/Mechatronics/Related field
