Factory Finance Controller- Mumbai, Siemens Energy, Full Time

In your new role as “Factory Finance Controller” you will be responsible for:
·In this position you'll prepare close estimate templates, participate in monthly close review calls, perform deviation analysis, and prepare monthly and quarterly close summaries.
·Responsible for efficient and detailed budgeting and forecasting process
·Monitoring of Fixed Assets- C-WIP review
·Forecasting & Monitoring of Working Capital
·Ensuring effective & timely closure of Cost Audit
·Challenging the stakeholders at every point is the key
·Cost controlling for various functional costs including but not limited to – SG&A, COGS, Order controlling, People cost etc.
·Coordinating external/internal audits, ensuring risk and internal control processes adherence, transfer pricing audits etc
·Managing and preparing key reporting on a monthly / quarterly basis
·Ensuring a clean balance sheet with thorough review and regular cleanup
·Drive the digitalization initiatives / ideas leading to smarter reporting, process & productivity improvement.
·Leading special projects from time to time.
·Ensure compliance to all internal / external rules & regulations like ICFR, SFRG, Tax, ECC, hedging etc.

·You are a Bachelors’ in Commerce or Business Management with 1 to 2 years of experience OR Fresher MBA/CA/ICWA
·You have good understanding of accounting topics
·Good Analytical and Communication & Microsoft Excel, presentation Skills.
·You are ready to explore new tools/horizons, innovate and act as a business enabler.
·You possess positive attitude and never give up in the face of adversity.
·Excellent MS Office (excel & power point) skills.
