Roles and Responsibilities :
Define the overall digital transformation roadmap and strategy aligned with business goals.
Identify key digital opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, which may include connection of different tools for seamless data transfer, utilisation, decision making etc.
Develop roadmap and implementation plans for digital transformation projects.
Lead cross-functional teams across departments to execute digital transformation projects.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined objectives.
Communicate plans and progress to key stakeholders, including leadership and employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Understanding of digital technologies including cloud computing, IT, OT and cybersecurity.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and leadership skills to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
Business acumen and ability to align digital initiatives with overall business goals
Knowledge of change management methodologies
Overall understanding of business model, functions and their input/outputs.
BE Electronics, IT, Comps, Comps Science, Electrical and Electronix etc.
Experience - 8 to 12 yrs.
