• Maintenance operations for all utilities and equipment at the site
• Documenting maintenance activities for utilities to meet QMS requirements.
• Performing administrative duties such as preparing shift schedules, attendance tracking
• Planning and executing Preventive Maintenance schedule for all electrical installations, Utilities and Equipment at the site.
• Monitoring and improving the efficiency of the critical equipment.
• Managing spares to reduce the downtime.
• Meeting the environmental requirement for Lab such as Temperature and Humidity. Ensure the RO plant & ETP operations
• Work with PSN team to maintain the AHUs to meet the Baxter requirements
• Responsible for maintaining the statutory records and administrative activities such as preparing shift schedules, tracking attendance, releasing the PO and GRN.
• Responsible for maintaining the CCTV, Access control, Fire alarm system
• Managing pest control activity across BRD.
• Perform Risk analysis and Issue work permits during AMC and Projects .Monitoring and improving energy efficiency
