Facilities Executive, Real Estate / Space / Asset Management


Account Management – Work Dynamics (APC/India, TN, Chennai)


What this job involves:


Space Management :


Coordinate with Business SPOCS and gathering information on Space Management activities


Maintian Inventory in Space Management Tool


Statistical and Analytical reports


Ensure regular updates are provided to Management with accurate information.


Schedule regular meetings with all Stake holders


Publish monthly reports and Dashboards as per clients requirement


Coordination of Employee movements as per the Movement Process between locations with the help of internal team and External Vendor


Asset Management : 


Maintain Inventory of all Non IT Assets for both Store and Installed Assets


Perform Biyearly Physical Asset verification


Update the Asset Management tool regularly by adding new purchases and remove in case of any disposal


Coordinate with SEZ and Finance authoritiies for all Asset related documentation works


Coordination for movement of assets between locations


Coordination for Asset Disposal


Coordinate with Security team and follow the process related to an asset from Purchase till Disposal


Real Estate :


Issuance of Work Permits for Vendors


Organize regular meetings with Landlords


Invoice Processing for Rent and O&M for all SG GSC Locations


Reportings pertaining to Invlice processing


Documentation :


Maintain projects related documentation


All documents related to Assets purchased, Disposed for SG GSC


Must Have Skill(s) with minimum Yrs of Experience

Communication

Excellent communication skills


Good Hold on Local Language, English, Hindi would be added advantage


People Management, Presentation Skills


Excellent Knowledge in MS Office


Good Knowledge on Administration Functions

Flexible to Travel to other SG GSC office locations in India based on Business Requirement

Client satisfaction is second nature to the person in charge.  In this role, you’ll take on difficult issues and seek out opportunities to improve operations. You’ll also be constantly in tune with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements.


In addition, you’ll carry out routine service audits to ensure that the team maintains its overall performance.  You’ll also oversee creating stock reports, meeting minutes and monthly management reports to the clients.

Strong knowledge of property operations


Playing a key role, the ideal candidate holds a degree in business or hotel and building management, and at least three to five years’ experience in facilities management. You must also demonstrate good working knowledge in occupational safety, as well as aptitude in client-centric operations.


Solid background in team management


Are you an adept leader with a proven track record in managing a team? Are you capable of effectively rolling out improvement plans? Do you possess superior communications and reporting skills? If these soft skills are your areas of expertise, then we are more than thrilled to have you aboard.
