As a Facility Executive, your role is to oversee and manage the operational and strategic aspects of facility management for an organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that the facilities are safe, efficient, and compliant with all relevant regulations. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement long-term facility plans and strategies that align with the organization's objectives.


Responsibilities:


Facility Management:


  • Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Oversee and monitor facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control for facility operations.
  • Optimize facility utilization and space planning initiatives.
  • Manage SEZ end to end conidiation

Vendor Management:


  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Conduct vendor assessments and manage contracts, service level agreements, and warranty agreements.
  • Oversee procurement processes for facility-related goods and services.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.

Team Leadership:


  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of facility management professionals.
  • Set performance objectives, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.

Strategic Planning:


  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement facility management strategies that align with the organization's goals.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments for proposed facility projects.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives.
  • Identify emerging trends and technologies in facility management.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:


  • Act as a liaison between the facility management team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on facility management activities to executive management and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as IT, HR, and Finance, to ensure seamless facility operations.
  • Address and resolve any facility-related issues or concerns raised by stakeholders.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facility management, with progressive responsibility and leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of facility management best practices, building codes, health and safety regulations, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Proven experience in budget management, cost control, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
  • Professional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or FMP (Facility Management Professional) are preferred.
