The key responsibilities of the Facilities & Project Coordinator would be:


1.Coordinate fit-out project management activities, manage resources
2.Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes for completion of activities
3.Liaise with client and stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
4.Assign tasks to internal teams and assist for schedule management.
5.Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
6.Help in preparing budgets and oversee project procurement management
7.Analyze risks and opportunities for improvement as the project activities progresses.
8.Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise and report to stakeholders.
9.Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all key stakeholders.
10.Work with the Facilities/Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
11.Use tools such as MSP to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures and issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
11.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
12.Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
13.Monitoring the daily progress of projects and ensure submission/issuance of the DPR/Work Permits
14.Providing detailed updates to FM, Project Managers or other stakeholders
15.Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access and performing billing and bookkeeping tasks
16. Scheduling regular meetings and organizing project related logistics
