- SPOC during shift for all event management at site which includes managing and supporting various events, roadshows, EDR set ups & SMT catering requirements and facilities walk around to be carried out more than 15 hours per week.
- Responsible for managing cafeteria food vendor.
- Responsible for food feedback report process adherence.
- Responsible for generating weekly report for café operations and events.
- Responsible for maintaining various checklists of the cafeteria including food tasting reports, Cafeteria logbooks.
- Responsible for arranging monthly food festival.
- Dedicated spoc for respective floor for employee’s engagement activities including roadshows, FM connect meetings.
- Responsible for crockery and cutlery stock inventory controls and update to AFM on a regular basis.
- Spoc for providing correct all data for facility.
- Supervises Housekeeping & upkeep of complete soft services site operation at all assigned locations during the assigned shifts and all floors.
- Ensure discipline and well-groomed sub vendor's staffs all the time
- Coordinates with Helpdesk team for timely resolution of requests and complaints
- Provides support and inputs to AFM/FM for periodical MIS reports (Daily reports & MMR) as required by the Client
- Supervises and Co-ordinates for on-the-Job training for all soft service team as per training needs by concern HK vendor and OEM vendors
- Ensures that team members/ vendors meet all safety guidelines/ requirements
- Ensure that proper inventory stock and consumptions of all HK Pantry consumables and supplies are managed and maintained by them
- Responsible for proper weekly Pest Management.
- Responsible for Indoor Plants Management.
- Not limited to the above JD but even the tasks assigned by the Site Lead / Asst. Manager / Line Manager as per the site operations' requirement.
- Events & Hospitality Management: Designing & handling events & checklist & delegating the responsibilities
- Wellness Centre management: ordering medicines, maintaining stock, coordinating with medical staff. Handling medical emergencies, generating monthly reports and organizing medical camps.
- ERT: active member of ERT team, actively participate in building evacuation drill.
- Parking stickers issuance and record upkeep has context menu
