Duties and Responsibilities
Support Site Lead to create a safe and satiable dining experience in Workplace
oEnsure that the services are delivered in line with SG03 in the Master and Local Vested Agreement commitments and within approved budgets.
oDevelop site food services concept aligned to global and regional platform playbook, policies and SOP as per the taxonomy with local dining flavour
oTrain team members on bp life-saving rules, food hygiene, quality standards, policies & procedures.
oCollaborate with Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) on all outsourced food services contracts; align and secure approval on sourcing strategy.
oManage all F&B and day-to-day operations; menu choice, group catering, dining experience (queue, payment, dining, retrieval, space hygiene and cleanliness, kitchen safety, kitchen crew service etiquette, diner feedback)
oDefine policies, and procedures related to cafeteria and events
oInnovation and continuous improvement (menus variety and change, payment system, technology, customer feedback). Collaborate with co-workers for integrated solution.
oLead team by training, and appraising talented personnel
oManaging formal events and catering on Corrigo tool, achieve good KPI score
oMeeting sustainable work program through energy efficient operations and waste avoidance.
oComply health and safety regulations.
oReporting on F&B Operational statistics on sales, productivity, waste etc
oSource, negotiate and refresh list on vendors and suppliers.
