8+ years of programming experience in Enterprise Content Management Tools including Open Text Exstream Dialogue, Command Center, SparkPost, MQ, IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) and Dimensions.
Knowledge of Exstream document composition including template design, complex tables, dynamic content import, advanced charting, content flow, variables/mapping and rules. Must be familiar with creating output queues, creating driver data files and job workflow configuration.
Excellent knowledge of XML, JSON, HTML, delimited files, Java, Shell scripting and Windows batch scripting. Should be familiar with UNIX, mainframe, VB and .net coding and experienced with system integrations using REST/SOAP calls, SOAP UI, Postman and email/SMTP protocol.
Experience setting up CMOD application groups and applications, generic and PDF indexes and automated archiving.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Enhance customer experience and ease of doing business by leveraging existing data from business systems to automate and streamline the delivery of customer communications.
Analyze, develop, test, implement and support Enterprise Content Management applications and solutions.
Build automated document composition solutions and be willing to take on increasingly complex tasks in putting together cohesive communication solutions.
