Export Manager

We are seeking an experienced Export Manager for B2C business – export operations. A professional with shrewd business acumen and is as passionate as the brand itself is desired for the role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible in establishing the international avenue of the brand which is already leading the Indian domestic market in premiumize Herbs, Spices, Seasoning and Mukhwas & Digestives category.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement export strategies to grow export sales and market share.
• Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with international customers, agents and distributors.
• Manage and coordinate the export process, including order processing, logistics and customs clearance.
• Conduct market research and analyze global market trends and competition to make informed decisions on product development and pricing strategies.
• Track and manage inventory levels for international orders to ensure stock availability.
• Ensure compliance with relevant export regulations, laws and standards.
• Monitor and report on export performance, including sales, revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as production, logistics, finance and MIS to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment and customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain exceptional TAT.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• MBA/ Equivalent Masters in International Business Management.
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience (preferably in Spice & Herbs or any FMCG exports).
• Proven work on business development, global market expansion, and project management.
• Keep abreast of the developments in global business landscape including familiarity with international financial practices, payment terms and risk management.
• Proficient in MS Office suite, Data Visualization and Business Intelligence platform.
• Open to frequent business travels and a good professional network from previous works.
• Flair for numbers with commendable aptitude.
• Executive communication in business English. Proficiency in Foreign language(s) is an add-on.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and a good team player.
