• Export Control Compliance

1. Assess Export control regulations for Bosch India, Bangladesh & Srilanka as per national and international legislations and implement processes to avoid risk of non-compliance and associated penalties.  
2. Assess applicable export control regulations for Bosch India, Bangladesh & Srilanka by ensuring compliance with global and national laws, managing internal and external audits, and overseeing risky exports.
3. Conduct training for staff and implement necessary IT requirements into global processes.

• Risk Management

1. Contribute to Bosch Export Compliance Program by identifying risky exports.
2. Monitor business activities to identify potential circumvention risk & other export compliance violation risks

• Projects

Participate in Export Control Projects Test activities as required to improve business efficiency and meet statutory requirements.

CA, M Tech, ICWA, MBA, Masters Degree, LLB would be advantageous

1. 12 plus years of experience at a large Multi-National Organizations in the area of Export Compliance
2. Experience in handling Export Control Regulations specially - US EAR, ITAR, EU export regulations & SCOMET regulations.
3. Working knowledge of SAP GTS
4. Competent in Export Classification of Goods, Software & Technology
5. Maintenance of Customer classification & Material Classification in SAP GTS.  
6. Proficient in Export control regulations, Export License Management, Embargo Management & Sanctioned Parties List
7. License application process & also maintenance of same in SAP GTS
8. Knowledge of checking blocks in GTS & release blocks
9. Knowledge of different SAP systems & the processes such as O2C, S2P, I2P, B2R etc
10. Competent in understanding and implementing Export Compliance requirements as specified by Central Directives
11. Proficiency in recognizing potential red flags and conducting thorough due diligence.
