We are excited to invite applications for the position of Enterprise Architect within our Enterprise Architecture Team.

You are an Enterprise Architect:
Strategic Involvement
Create and manage the EA framework, including technology, data, and security architecture.
Develop and maintain the EA roadmap that aligns with Business expectations and IT strategies.
Provide thought leadership and guidance on technology solutions to support Colgate-Palmolive's growth and efficiency.
Ensure the technological infrastructure supports Colgate-Palmolive's long-term goals.
Technology Evaluation and Selection
Lead technology design and implementation projects and provide mentorship to other architects and technical leaders.
Provide efficient Gap analysis of existing technology stack and target architecture.
Identify and evaluate new technologies to identify their impact on the EA.
Governance and Standards
Ensure architecture decisions align with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Establish and implement the architectural standards and guidelines.
Lead the architecture governance processes to ensure compliance with the architectural vision.
Integration and Interoperability
Design and implement integration solutions for various enterprise systems to ensure flawless communication and data exchange.
Develop a framework for system interoperability that enhances Colgate-Palmolive's operational efficiency.
Risk Management and Compliance
Assess and mitigate architectural risks, including security, compliance, and reliability concerns.
Ensuring that the architecture adheres to regulatory requirements and industry standard methodologies.
You are an Innovator:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and vendor solutions to optimally evaluate and recommend new and emerging technologies that can enhance the organization's capabilities.
You are a Collaborator:
Collaborate with Business and Technology leaders to understand their goals and find opportunities.
Collaborate with partners across departments to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural specifications.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure the optimal implementation of architectures.
You connect the dots:
Consider inputs and insights from various groups and teams to ensure that the current or proposed architecture supports the organization's multi-functional needs.
Identifying patterns and trends to anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
What you’ll need…(Required)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
7+ years of proven ability in IT as an Enterprise Architect with expertise in handling large-scale, sophisticated projects & landscapes, particularly those requiring turnaround, stabilization and turning point decisions on architecture.
Experience in supporting organizations in aligning business goals and organisation strategies.
Experience and knowledge of working with Business Architecture (Capability Maps, Process Maps, building the Enterprise Architecture model, models to reflect strategies and goals).
Solid understanding of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
Good interpersonal, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills
What you’ll need…(Preferred):
Relevant architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF) is preferred
Experience in working as a Enterprise Architect for a FMCG company
Experience in working with an EA Tool such as LeanIX, Ardoq, ABACUS etc.
