Could you be the full-time Expert EUC Imaging Specialist in our dynamic IT department we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your in-depth knowledge of Windows 11/10 Autopilot & SOE services in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, solution-driven teammates.
You'll be instrumental in shaping the deployment strategies for our EUC imaging, ensuring functional requirements are met. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (IT, Engineering, Customer Service), managing Apple Mac device enrolment and updates, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of reviewing and updating Alstom Images, but also contribute to new SOE builds/migration and upgrades.
We’ll look to you for:
Designing and deploying Microsoft Windows OS, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, and MAC OS
Managing release processes for new hardware, OS, BIOS, drivers, and firmware
Supporting the development and verification of test methods for Autopilot & SOE images
Developing detailed test procedures and minimizing risk within test plan constraints
Monitoring SNOW ticket queues and resolving complex technical issues
Deploying SCCM with co-management and supporting cloud-based endpoint management workloads
Creating technical documentation and reports for workplace services

Degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology
Overall 9+years of work experience or understanding of Autopilot & SOE/Imaging, Intune, OS Migrations, and MAC device management
Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, particularly Windows 11 and Windows 10
Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks
A certification in relevant technologies is advantageous
Excellent communication and vendor management skills
Ability to adapt to change and manage competing priorities
