Role Summary & Role Description
State Street’s Tech Platform Engineering & Operations (TPEO) Executive Technology Group (ETG) is looking to hire for our Executive Support Lead in India. We are looking for a proven, skilled, End User Support Engineer who possesses strong Technical and interpersonal skills to help us deliver on our GTS shared goals. Individual will focus on providing all aspects of technical support including desktop, mobile, good understanding overall Microsoft 365 suite technologies and AV needs to State Street executives, their executive assistants, and our Board of Directors. Individual should be able to work efficiently with teammates to deliver on their goals leveraging modern tools, technologies, and processes through simplification and automation while always providing superior service to our senior executives.
As a member of the Global ETG (Executive Technology Group) you will:
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
B.S. in computer science or equivalent technical degree.
Total experience of 15+ years in the IT Industry in infrastructure space where 8+ years of experience is in providing hands on technical support directly to the Senior Executives
Core/Must have skills
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Must have strong interpersonal, business, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to take control in a crisis situation, participating in calls, providing management updates, providing clear direction and assistance to relevant teams as needed Proven analytical mindset, ability to troubleshoot and make quick, accurate decisions in a high pressure environment “Hands on” experience with Microsoft Windows desktop technologies and Mac OS Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment Knowledge of ServiceNow knowledge-base and ticketing system Strong experience and proficiency in administering MS 365 application Suite Knowledge on collaboration tools like Zoom, MS Teams etc. Understanding of mobile devices both iOS and Android Basic troubleshooting experience of WiFi, printers, LAN and Network Basic knowledge on upkeep of IT devices like Poly Cam, iPad, DTEN, etc. through regular patch updates
Good to have skills
Understanding of networking and corporate domain architecture. Understanding of video conferencing software platforms and a basic understanding of video conferencing hardware Basic understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.). Certification preferred Understanding of ITIL framework. Certification preferred Good understanding of Incident Management, Release Management, Security
