Main Responsibilities:
•To develop PSA Methodology as outlined by World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD).
•To support in execution and maintenance of PSA using a harmonized approach and effective communication.
•To act as a method owner for PSA.
•Gather insights from product experts, customers, principals/suppliers on market trends and understand their expectations.
•Integrate signals/feedback into segmentation process to align with latest developments and stakeholder expectations.
•Responsible for scenario planning, strategy development, goal setting (how to respond to market expectations)
•To facilitate portfolio development and progress review with business teams.
•Responsible for signal analysis: risks and opportunities identification, documentation and mitigation.
•To co-ordinate with IT team to develop PSA tracking methods in the relevant systems.
•Updating products with PSA relevant datapoints.
•Responsible for Reporting and communication.
•Project Support for Sustainability Projects.
•Collaborate and engage with Regional Sustainability coordinators and managers to understand their needs and requirements from a PSA viewpoint.
•Develop & follow work instructions and checklist as defined for each process across domains to ensure validity & integrity of PSA activities.
•Engage in quality management activities as & when assigned.
•Foster the sharing and dissemination of knowledge and best practices within the organization.
•Execute effective Project & Change management program for applicable processes as and when required due to PSA updates or business requirements.
Qualification & Skills
•Master’s degree or higher in sustainability, environmental sciences, engineering, or related discipline.
•3-5 years of experience in regulatory, sustainability or relevant fields.
•In depth knowledge of Portfolio Sustainability Analysis.
•Awareness of product application region combination along with knowledge of impact categories.
•Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability frameworks.
•Comfortable to work in fixed & rotational shift (including night shift)
•Excellent knowledge of English, written and oral.
•Excellent IT skills, including strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
•Awareness on QMS ISO 9001:2005 will be an added advantage.
•Ability to build trust, influence and manage key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
