JOB DESCRIPTION


Job Title                       : Executive / Senior Executive


Department                 : Commercial


Sub Department        : EXIM - BCO


Reporting To               : Manager - EXIM - BCO


Location                       : Mumbai


Short Brief on role:


  1. Develop Customers on EXIM for key BCO Segment and act as Support to GKAM/BCO Manager.

Core Responsibilities:


  1. Identification of new customers and new businesses by existing customers under Key BCO

Segments.


  1. Act as Support to GKAM for contact for all Elite / Corporate accounts considered as Accounts

managed in India.


  1. Develop and maintain business action plans and follow-up on sales Team performance.
  2. Analyze market statistics to identify growth opportunities.
  3. Propose volume potential to pricing desks in HO / RO followed by AQUA Contract quotation

filing through Sales Support Team. (For Direct accounts handled by GKAM)


  1. Generate Specific Opportunities for Non-Maritime businesses.
  2. Respond to Sales Leads assigned.
  3. Promote CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products (e-commerce, VAS, intermodal,

CEVA…)


  1. Be supported to GKAM for rate filing.
  2. Develop overall market share / turnover in accordance to commercial strategy / Develop new

businesses


  1. Reverse Marketing / Sales Leads are mainly used to Promote Non-Controlled businesses out of

India


  1. Comply with all NOVA Business KPIS regarding Maritime Opportunities, Sales Target, Shipping and Non-Shipping Targets and any other new Targets given by commercial Management.
  2. Develop and Maintain Cross Trade business enquiries from the CCIA clientele.

              Key Performance Indicators:


  1. Timely and Correct Rate Fillings
  2. Compliance to ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management system within the organization

Qualifications and Skill sets:


  1. Min. graduate
  1. Min. Experience of 5 years in shipping industry
  2. Good written and verbal communication skills
  3. MS office skills
  4. Go-getter and pro-active approach
  5. Good analysis skills
