Quality Service Engineer Position-Mumbai-Kalwa, Siemens Energy, Full Time

We make real what matters. This is your role-An understanding of the Quality Management System
·Should have a good understanding of electrical system and SAS with hands on experience on design or execution or testing
·Domain experience in High Voltage Electrical equipment’s, HV Services, Project co-ordination, engineering is highly desired.
·Should understand Supplier Management of Substation / FACTs / HVDC Business.
·Experience of having structure, systems and processes in Procurement areas (Preferable)
·Ready to travel for site evaluation and vendor inspections
·Shall be an individual contributor
·Process digitalization using various MS tools
·Quick learner and aware Condition monitoring concepts
·Adaptability to various digital tools tableau, SAS softwares, Data concentrator web configuration, Energy domain specific communication protocols
Strategy
·Deploy Siemens India and Siemens Energy AG (if applicable) QM Strategy in area of responsibility and contribute to BU strategy development (e.g. core/non-core, cross-functional collaboration, process development, Digitalization, condition monitoring)
·Develop initiatives and performance programs for area of responsibility.
Siemens Initiatives
·Ensure implementation of Siemens initiatives (Sustainability, values, guidelines, risk management, internal controls, country programs / initiatives)
QMS:
·Developing awareness for QMS across the EU,
·Conducting training and awareness sessions, lessons learnt, document reviews & updates
·Quality documentation monitoring and adaptation and updation across the portfolios
·QAP preparation
Franchise Audits
·Drive BU QMS Management processes (e.g. evaluation, development, initiatives, control) to service franchises and vendor
·Support Supplier Quality Management
·Vendor material inspections during FAT
Internal Audit Management:
·Overall management / maintenance of QMS documentation, schedule, documentation, reporting and closure.
·Planning for external audits of the BU
Digitalization – Process Planning and Portfolio Development
·Taking initiative for development of digital workflow for QMS, order management, resource management, Order tracking file
·Through knowledge of substation engineering, Automation system, communication networks and protocols. Adaptability to various digital tools tableau, SAS softwares, Data concentrator web configuration, protocol testing tools
