Job Responsibilities
- Should have knowledge of Ocean export and import process (Freight forwarding). Experience of 2-3 years.
- Coordination with Shipping line, Booking, documentation and tracking to be done independently.
- Independently able to manage 35-40 Jobs per month. From job opening till closing including billing.
- Having experience in handling Air export and import jobs 2-3 Years in Freight Forwarding.
- Good spoken and written English, and well versed with local languages (Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam)
- Should have fair knowledge of MS tools such as Excel, word, outlook, etc.
- Should be able to manage and coordinate with overseas offices independently.
- Punctual and should have time management skills.
- Should be able to commit minimum 3 years continuity in the job, if selected and hired.
- Having knowledge of Dangerous Goods, will be an advantage.
Academic Qualifications:
- Should have worked with MNC or Local Freight Forwarder for at least 4-5 Years.
- Good Communication and presentational skills.
- experience from customer service background.
- Individual contributor, quick learner.
