Responsible to verify the details against the EIR (Equipment Interchange Receipt) from respective ports/origin Gate out time from Port and Gate In time to CFS (Maximum time of 3 hours) Verification of trailer number Verification of container number, PNR copy, CFS Code Any damage remarks mentioned in EIR.
Special updates to be done in ERP for the below cases. In case of Hazardous, Hazardous class to be verified against EIR & ERP.
Take care of SSR movement charges to be updated in ERP.
Should be verified all the Job Orders and then in pass and out pass to be update in CFS software.
Prepare gate activity report-share report to management (import delivery & hazardous Details, TTR sheet & SSRr charges excel sheet & In and Out etc.
Empty container gate in pass Consol name and billing party details to be verified.
RFID update to all Export container gate out time RFID Update on real time basis.
To update Drivers Licence copy, Vehicle details and port pass verification in system.
Ensure the seamless traffic flow and congestion free gate movements.
Ensure the Company safety standards being always followed.
Hazard reporting and guide security team to control the traffic movements.
Eliminate pedestrian movement and ensure no Driver / Cleaner should get down from the vehicle.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Graduation
At least 03-08 year experience in related areas warehousing and documnetation.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills.
Excellent and updated knowledge about labour laws.
