Overview The objective of the role is to lead process diagnostics and re-engineering to deliver business impact through process optimization, standardization and automation initiatives across markets including those supported by our Global Capability Centre . Responsibilities This role will support End-to-end process transformation roadmaps as well as specific transformation teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities to deliver business value and enhance customer experience Initiatives will include leading Lean Six Sigma projects, process modelling, process mining diagnostics, process automations, statistical analysis, process variation study and benchmarking to enable operations teams and business stakeholders to meet their goals This role will operate as internal consultants, working with cross-functional and global teams on multiple projects The role may be required to conduct Lean Six Sigma Kaizen sessions, facilitate Value Stream Mapping and Design Thinking sessions The role will need to work closely with Hyper Automation teams and be adept in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Qualifications 12 - 15 years of overall experience with 6-8 years of experience in Commercial Sales or CPG vertical Certified LEAN Six-Sigma Black-Belt from a leading Institute or Organization, having completed 2-3 BB projects using any of the following process Improvement methodologies - DMAIC, LEAN, BPMS, Re-engineering or Design Thinking. Or someone who is ‘trained and tested’ as Six-Sigma Black Belt and has completed 2-3 BB projects using any of the methodologies mentioned above Must have experience in driving Sales Automation Must be adept at problem solving using data and process analysis Must have led Value Stream Mapping workshops Must have leveraged Low-code automations, OCR, RPA, Machine Learning and NLP. Experience in having leveraged AI / GenAI will be an added advantage Must possess strong Stakeholder Management, Program Management and Facilitation skills Exposure to Design Thinking Must be willing to take up new and complex projects / initiatives Must have conducted training sessions on LEAN, Six-Sigma, Problem Solving tools & techniques Must have experience in acting as a coach / mentor to Delivery Leaders and Managers in driving process improvement Projects .
