We are currently seeking an Intellectual Property admin, to join our team based in Noida.


Main Accountabilities:


  • Provide timely and accurate monthly/quarterly reporting related to inventions disclosure, foreign filings, Patents,  key metrics, National phase filing, EP validations, key technologies, and such other types of IPR related reports. 
  • Coordination with different teams within T. EN to get data for preparation of report.
  • Technology friendly having sound knowledge of legal tools available in market. 
  •  Collate and matching with other reports.
  • Data analysis based on extracts from Memotech and PwBI tools.
  • Manage admin work for docketing of trademark and patents in the Memo Tech tool.
  • Prior experience working on Legal operations related to Intellectual Property competitive landscaping, patent prosecution, outside counsel management, IP invoicing non-disclosure agreements will be an added advantage.
  • Daily/Weekly meeting as per requirements. Candidates with prior Legal admin Operations experience would be an added advantage.

Knowledge/Background:


  • Proficient in MS Office including Visio (or related process mapping tool) & MS PowerPoint & Project
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal, influencing & negotiating skills including stakeholder management & client interaction.
  • Experience in managing techno-functional projects would be a plus.
  • Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
  • People Management Skills

Entry Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree (MBA Legal/Finance )
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in legal administration , reporting and Governance.  
  • The position includes supporting lawyers with various tasks, including conducting legal research, drafting, and reviewing documents, communicating with clients.
  • Compile , proofread and revise drafts of legal documents.
  • Good interpersonal, influencing & negotiating skills including stakeholder management & client interaction.
  • Exposure to matter management tools e.g. Galaxy or Memotech will be added advantage.
