This role comes under "CoreOps Service Private Limited", Air Arabia's newly launched Global Capability Center in Pune, India. 


CoreOps Services Private Limited (a subsidiary of “Air Arabia PJSC”) caters to the global business operations of the Air Arabia group and provides operations support to the Air Arabia parent company as well as its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates worldwide. “CoreOps” focuses on centralizing, standardizing, and streamlining processes for efficient functioning of the business.




Job Purpose

Ensures seamless logistics operations by monitoring shipments in real-time, resolving disruptions, and maintaining accurate data tracking. This role involves proactive issue resolution, collaboration with logistics partners, and providing operational insights through data reporting and KPI analysis. With a focus on e-commerce logistics, the executive optimizes delivery performance, aligns with service-level agreements (SLAs), and delivers efficient, reliable, and cost-effective logistics solutions.




Key Result Responsibilities

-    Track and monitor shipments in real-time, ensuring accurate, up-to-date status information across all supply chain stages.
-    Provide stakeholders with timely status updates via dashboards, ensuring transparency and proactive communication.
-    Address logistics issues such as delays, routing challenges, or customs holds to minimize disruptions.
-    Implement cost-effective rerouting or alternative solutions and escalate critical issues to Team Lead & relevant stakeholders to ensure operational continuity.
-    Maintain accurate records of shipment statuses, exceptions, and resolutions within control tower systems.
-    Generate detailed reports on operational performance, KPIs, and resolved issues to inform management decision-making.
-    Coordinate with logistics providers, carriers, and external partners to align schedules, optimize routes, and meet SLAs.
-    Build strong relationships with partners to foster proactive communication and resolve transit issues efficiently.
-    Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, lead times, transportation costs, and operational efficiency.
-    Identify patterns and trends to recommend and implement process improvements for enhanced service reliability and cost optimization.
-    Proactively identify inefficiencies in logistics workflows and collaborate with internal teams to implement enhancements.




Key Result Responsibilities - Continued

Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and tracking tools; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.


Work Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations, preferably in control tower operations. Mandatory experience in the e-commerce industry.
  • Familiarity with control tower operations and e-commerce-specific terminology.
  • Strong ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners effectively.
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and rotational shift patterns.
