Objective: Ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of civil construction projects by coordinating all on-site activities, managing resources, and adhering to project schedules.
Key Actions: Develop and manage project timelines, oversee daily construction activities, and address any delays or issues promptly.

Key responsibilities
Review, interpret, and verify engineering drawings, specifications, and design documents to ensure accurate implementation and compliance on site.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of construction activities, progress reports, and any deviations from the project plan.
Coordinate daily activities with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations and adherence to project schedules.
Prepare, maintain, and review documentation related to quality control and assurance to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality and verify that work meets technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
Document and report any issues, changes, or concerns to the project manager and other relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
Provide safety training and support to site personnel and investigate any safety incidents to implement preventive measures.
Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and presentations to clients and senior management as required.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
4 years of relevant experience in civil construction and execution.
To have good knowledge of word, excel & PPT.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Site-based work requiring physical presence on construction sites.
Good Communication skills in English language, both oral and written.
